THOUGHTFUL ABOUT CONTRACTS?

If you are considering trying to sell your photographs you will need to think about many things before trying to sell your first photograph. Micro-stock companies appear and disappear at a fantastic rate and you need to do research prior to signing a contract or doing business with a company. You need to think about what is to your advantage in a contract and how clearly it delineates both your responsibilities and the company's responsibilities. Can you easily  read and understand the contract? Does it have a clearly written "termination clause"? Will you get a company signed copy of the contract you signed and sent to them? Does the signature of the company representative match someone's name that is authorized to make legal contracts? What jurisdiction would have authority in case of a legal dispute? These are just a few of the things that are worthy of consideration. You might find even more good advice at: http://www.arcurs.com/.
